Ich bin Sven, 39, und biete hier eine günstige Wohngemeinschaft an, in der wir uns ein gemeinsames Zimmer zu zweit oder zu dritt teilen. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer größeren WG. Anmeldung möglich. Das Zimmer hat 32m², Laminat-Fußboden, drei Kleiderschränke, Schreibtische, drei Einzelbetten nebeneinander, sowie einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht (Hochhaus). Es gibt eine praktische offene Einbauküche mit Essbereich, ein Vollbad und eine Sauna im Keller. Die S-Bahn fährt meistens alle 10 Minuten und braucht dann 20 min nach Hamburg-Altona und ca. 30 min zur Uni und in die City. Es gibt ein paar Gehminuten entfernt von der Wohnung einen Rewe und einen Aldi, und direkt unten im Gebäude eine Bäckerei. You have little money and are looking for a cozy new home? Then this might be interesting for you. It is a nice shared room within a bigger flatshare in a condo at the S-Bahn station. The train goes mostly every 10 minutes and takes 20 minutes to Hamburg-Altona and around 30 minutes to University and Hamburg City. The shared room is 32 m², has a nice balcony with a fantastic view (high rise), three beds, wardrobes and desks, and good wifi. Then there is an open kitchen, a dinig area and a bathroom. In the basement we have a nice sauna.
